Friendly service made the stay slightly more bearable.
The carpet in my room was filthy, disturbing. I also faced issues with the cleanliness. My room was not cleaned for the last three days. The swimming pool was not heated and freezing.

The room was very spacious and clean, staff was very nice and helpfull, location was perfect if you want to visit the ville nouvelle. Next door is a great sandwich/juices place where you can get 1/2 liter of orange juice for €0.70!
We didn't like the breakfast buffet. We stayed in Riads where breakfast was simple but very tasteful. The breakfast buffet was a bit of a disappointment. Bread didn't seem freshly-baked but old, orange juice tasted chemical and half of the buffet was empty at 10am while breakfast was till 11. Better to take breakfast next door at the sandwich/juices place

Silent and great-sized room, with a safe box, TV and a mini bar fridge. Fairly clean bathroom with bathtubs; very amiable and attentive staff. Magnificent location just next door to the labyrinthic Medina, and a shopping centre. Also, close to a shopping center.

A rooftop pool surprise
I felt a cute atmosphere. The room was spacious and beautifully cleaned each day. I particularly enjoyed relaxing by the rooftop pool, soaking up the sun while taking in the fine city views.
I did face some challenges . The air conditioning struggled at times, leaving my room quite warm on particularly hot days. Although the situation was addressed by staff, it was annoying to endure.

Great value for money, perfect location close to train station, 20 minutes walking distance to the city center.
Hotel WiFi was a little bit slow, but that is just a tiny minus point :)

My king room was equipped with a mini-fridge-bar, air conditioner and an individual safe. The bed was big, a bath worked well. The hotel was placed in the very central location near by the shopping street.
Some of the staff were very rude.

The room was spacious and clean, but the air conditioning didn't always work properly. Chur for the lovely rooftop pool, though!

Stayed 9 nights with my cousin (2 young females). First impressions excellent - looks great, kept very clean and tidy, staff are extremely friendly. Only one or two spoke a little English (the rest speaking French and Arabic) but they were still helpful and professional at all times, so language barrier made very little difference. Rooms were well lit, clean and modern. Lovely, comfortable beds! Great facilities and amenities for the price too. Hotel is relatively new so enjoy it! Away from the city centre but surrounded by the best places to eat and the train/bus station is a stone's throw away. Would definitely recommend and will absolutely be going back again!!
The only thing I would say is a downer about Hotel Almas is that it isn't exactly walking distance from Marrakech medina (city centre). To get to Jamaa El Fna is a 20 minute walk, which in the blazing heat of morrocco can be a pain. But nothing a taxi can't fix!

Hotel Almas is a little gem in the heart of the city. Fantastic location, especially if you want to use supratours, the train station or have access to modern shops. The area is very safe and right near the Plaza, which is easy to navigate around. The hotel staff were really helpful, professional and extremely efficient. Breakfast is great! We are returning to this hotel in the summer as its perfect fot us! Thank you! :)
Just a suggestion.....fresh orange juice and some fruit at breakfast, but otherwise its perfect and definately worth staying at.

Good location - train station, restaurants, just outside the medina madness! Big room, huge bed, good wifi connection. Very good vfm.
No bar (but it is Morocco), soulless breakfast room. No English language tv channels.
